Skinnier, Sexier, and Satisfied: Post #1
So in an attempt to get skinner, sexier, and satisfied with my body, I’m making a lot of health changes this year.
My first two:
- Taking a daily multivitamin
- Taking Soda (diet and regular) out of my daily routine
Multivitamin is easier, and it’s really more of an investment in my future health. Stave off any cardiovascular diseases (which my family is prone too), and generally get that boost of nutrients.
In terms of Soda, I was basically consuming around 450 calories a day from Dr. Pepper and Mountain Dew. That needs to stop. I successfully got through today without a sip of soda. I have a headache because of the caffeine withdrawal, which sucks considering the homework I still have to do. But in the end, it will be for the better.
Weight: 168.9 lb
Now, for being 6 feet 3 inches tall, that’s a fairly low weight, but I basically have no muscle mass whatsoever. That’s really what I want to change this… adventure. Lower my percentage of body fat.
